As a 5-year-old little girl, Linsey would often visit her grandfather’s real estate office. She beamed with excitement when he allowed her to announce “Sales Meeting!” on the intercom for all of the staff to hear. It was at that moment that her grandfather, Jimmie Taylor, Sr., knew he had a protégé. Many more childhood days would follow in that office as Linsey listened to him negotiate deals.
After graduating with a Psychology degree from the University of Arkansas in her early twenties, Linsey soon began her career in real estate. For many years, Linsey’s routine consisted of knocking on the doors of ‘For Sale by Owners’ and working 7 days a week. Her hard work and dedication early on, laid the foundation for her success and she became recognized as a top agent in the Fort Smith area.
In 2008, Linsey recruited an agent, Vicki Bush, from another real estate company. They found that collaborating each other’s strengths was beneficial, so they started teaming up on their listing appointments. While Linsey has a magnetic personality and great negotiation skills, Vicki works on the finance and marketing side. Together, they offer a premium and customized level of service that all sellers need.
